The Miotto Prosecco Brut is crafted by true Prosecchisti, the brothers Andrea and Matteo Miotto, along with their father Valter. Working tirelessly on the steep hillsides of Valdobbiadene, they ferment each parcel with precision and care. This wine is a true reflection of the vineyards, made with meticulous attention to detail in the cellar, where nothing is hurried - a complete departure from factory prosecco.
Green apple, pear and peach fruit with citrus notes, the bubbles are fine owing to the long fermentation. The palate is dry, refreshing and complex with some brioche. The back label lists both the vintage and the bottling date, ensuring absolute freshness and quality.
